Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by Livida Accounting Services (“Livida”, “we”, “us”). The scope, fees, and timelines of each engagement are confirmed in the quote or engagement agreement you accept, and that document prevails where it differs from this page.
Cancelling an engagement
You can ask to cancel a service at any time by writing to us. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your written request, and work already completed up to that date remains chargeable.
Recurring services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and periodic compliance can be stopped by giving us the notice period set out in your engagement agreement.
Refund eligibility
If you cancel before we have started work, we will refund the fees you have paid for that service, less any non-refundable amounts described below.
If work has started, we refund only the portion of the fee that corresponds to work not yet carried out, based on the stages of the engagement as agreed in your quote.
If we are unable to deliver a service for reasons within our control, we will refund the fee for the undelivered portion.
Non-refundable amounts
Government fees, stamp duty, registration and filing charges, and other third-party costs that we have already paid to an authority or provider on your behalf cannot be recovered by us and are therefore not refundable.
Fees for work already completed and delivered, and for filings already submitted, are not refundable.
Delays outside our control
Timelines for registrations, approvals, and filings depend on government portals and authorities. Delays caused by an authority, a portal outage, or incomplete or late information from you are not grounds for a refund.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method or bank account. We will confirm the refund amount to you in writing, and the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
